Paul Goebel (Beat the Geeks, Man on the Moon, Not Another Teen Movie) created The Paul Goebel Show primarily as an excuse to be funny with fellow comics. It’s one of the longest running podcasts around and has fans all around the world including New Zealand and parts of Africa. His co-host is his best friend Jim Bruce (Desperation Boulevard, Al TV, Relative Strangers) who provides constant chatter and distraction whenever the conversation threatens to stay on track. His other co-host is Tom Griffin (Stupid Face, Trouser Shock, Martin Did It) a reasonable human being and therefore the oddest one of all.
Each week they are joined by a guest who may or may not have something to plug, and who may or may not be familiar with the topic of the show.
A live version of the show appeared regularly at the UCB in Los Angeles where a number of kick-ass celebrities dropped in, including David Cross and Mr. Belding from Saved by the Bell.
